We are seeking Training Administrators to support our Leadership Institute and our federal clients.

Job Description

o   Coordinate the administration of all scheduled training activities and the planning, scheduling, and execution of ad-hoc training

o    Manage customer requests to include providing ad-hoc reports for management oversight

o    Research and recommend processes and/or solutions to streamline efforts with training administration

o    Assist with planning, coordinating, and facilitating keynote and speaker series for specific learning and development programs

o    Provide classroom support for both instructor led and blended or online classes

o    Draft and incorporate training materials (including instructor’s guides) to educate

 the trainers to deliver quality and effective training programs

o    Provide printed materials for courses, trainings, workshops, and other projects

 o   Manage printing process and logistics

Qualifications

Requires Bachelors Degree and three years of related experiences;

Excellent customer service skills;

Excellent command of the English language;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Ability to manage multiple projects;

Good time management skills;
