Job Description

Description of employment in the field of art books and illustrated books Select, coordinate and animate the secretaries of publication, as well as the freelancers, manage and animate about 25 people and stakeholders Manage 10 to 20 simultaneous titles for a production of 50 to 80 titles/year select and propose external collaborators such as reviewers, translators, graphic designers and, more generally, all stakeholders who can carry out the work at achieve, ensure good coordination between editorial teams and manufacturing, secure flows and respect for deadlines, prepare and ensure that schedules are respected establish daily relations with other departments of the Company, respect the budgets and propose and negotiate the rates of the external providers. Prerequisites Follow-up experience and essential editorial coordination 5 years minimum excellent organizational and reporting skills English (global group)
