Our client is actively seeking entry-level professionals to join our rapidly growing business development team. This position will play an integral role in the growth of the Structured Settlement Business Development Department. 

Job Description

Our client is actively seeking Business Development Representatives to join our rapidly growing sales team. This position is an integral role in the growth of the Structured Settlement Sales team and is responsible for prospecting our vast database of structured settlement and immediate annuity recipients. 

Our client’s innovative approach to sales training and coaching has earned it national recognition as “Sales Executive of the Year” and “Excellence of Execution” from the AA-ISP (American Association of Inside Sales Professionals) and “Best Sales Training and Coaching” by the Institute for Excellence in Sales. Their Structure Sales Management Team has over 40 years of combined management, coaching, and leadership experience. Their leadership team runs two coaching sessions per week to cover sales, customer service, and industry education.

It’s like earning a real life Master’s degree in Sales and Business Development! Onboarding occurs in a fun environment, and there’s no ceiling on potential. All Stars can expect to be promoted to a sales producer role in as little as 3-6 months.
