Job Description

The Human Capital Analytics Manager will responsible for building and managing a global HR reporting service and tools, leading the human capital management benchmarking, and developing the detailed statistical analysis of our Human Capital to identify actionable insights. The insight from these analyses will be used to drive HR investments, talent management decisions and assess HR program effectiveness. The role will also be responsible for developing, recommending, implementing and administering total compensation programs to insure the company has comprehensive and integrated compensation strategies to attract and retain highly-skilled employees that contribute to the growth and profitability.


•    Manage the development, programming, integration and installation of information technology applications for the Human Capital Management function.
•    Proposes, participates in, and analyses relevant market surveys to recommend to senior management human capital management strategies, policy, and structure development that maintain clients competitive position in relevant markets.
•    Provides analysis, job mapping to labor categories, and recommendations for pricing for contract proposals, insuring DCAA compliance, full recovery of costs with realization of appropriate fees, and a competitive position that will meet the labor requirements of any given proposal.
•    Create, benchmark and statistically analyze large data sets of internal and external data and communicate the results across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action.
•    Provide leadership in the identification and description of reporting required to make HR investment and talent management decisions.
•    Develops recommendations regarding the creation of analytical reports to achieve client, program, and business objectives for resource optimization.
•    Oversees, plans and directs the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs to ensure compliance and effectively meet the Company's strategic goals and objectives.
•    Lead the interpretation of human data in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research. Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
•    Develop, own and optimize existing HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results.
•    Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights.
•    Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Human Resources.
•    Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action.
•    Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks with other organizations.

Qualifications

•    Experience with PWC Saratoga Institute benchmark data


•    Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Systems or Mathematical field such as Statistics, Operations Research, Actuarial Science or Applied Mathematics


•    10+ years of progressive experience is required for this position.


•    Required progressive experience working with HR application systems, preferably PeopleSoft.


•    In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for equivalent applicable work experience.


•    Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.


•    Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret instructions, professional documents, and business publications. This position also requires the ability to write correspondence, reports and/or manuals and effectively present information to clients, employees and management.


•    Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts and output to non-experts in both a written and verbal manner.


•    Exceptional business insight and strategic orientation.


•    Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and being able to make educated guesses when data may be sparse or unavailable.


•    Able to attain a security clearance (background check). U.S. Citizenship.
