Thank you for your interest in joining our special community of sexual health + wellness coaches. We are seeking sex and/or relationship coaches for our direct-to-consumer mobile app, Blex, which is the leading digital destination for coaching melanated sex, relationships and intimacy. Our coaches are communicative, compassionate, and support the well-being of our clients. In this role, you will virtually chat with clients to help better understand their needs, develop healthy and productive strategies to help them improve their sex lives, and provide them with beneficial relationship/intimacy content and resources. This role requires someone who knows how to cultivate a comfortable, confidential and judge-free space where people feel welcomed in sharing sensitive information.

Your dedication to our mission of making sex, relationship and intimacy counseling accessible and affordable for people is greatly appreciated. 

• Conduct 30-minute virtual chat appointments with clients who wish to converse with a sex and relationships expert

• Help clients with issues surrounding sexual health, relationships and intimacy 

• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations

• Provide clients with information on resources that can assist them

• Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits

• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation

• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance

• Completed or Pursuing a Master's Degree related to Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling

• Background check required

• Letter of Recommendation from Professional or Educational Reference (This person will upload the letter separately)

• Previous coaching experience preferred, but not required

• iOS or Android Device with at least 3MB of available storage

• Reliable WiFi internet connection

• Ability to commit between 5-7 hours a month for a 3-month period
