Job Description

We are seeking a Product Owner, Identity to lead the full identity workstream for Latis, including the Network Reference Graph POC, the Latis Identity Graph, and integration of external identity providers into the Latis identity spine

Qualifications

This is a highly technical, cross-functional product leadership role responsible for defining the identity strategy, roadmap, requirements, and execution plan across multiple teams. The Product Owner will work closely with Integration Engineering, Data Science, and AI Engineering to build an identity foundation that enables Latis to connect, resolve, and activate identities across data sources and platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in identity resolution, identity graphs, and identity ecosystems, with familiarity across leading identity providers and identity spines such as Blockgraph, TransUnion, RampID, and UID2. They will understand the complexities of identity interoperability and be able to translate those complexities into a clear technical roadmap and executable product plan.

This role will also have the opportunity to influence tag management strategy, including evaluating build-versus-buy options for a tag management solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end identity workstream roadmap and product strategy for Latis.
  • Define product vision, requirements, priorities, milestones, and execution plans for the Latis identity ecosystem.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Network Reference Graph POC, including scope, requirements, success criteria, and roadmap.
  • Lead development of the Latis Identity Graph and its role within the broader Latis data ecosystem.
  • Define the strategy and requirements for integrating external identity providers and identity spines into Latis.
  • Drive interoperability with major identity providers, including Blockgraph, TransUnion, RampID, and UID2.
  • Establish requirements for identity resolution, matching, graph construction, identity enrichment, and data connectivity.
  • Partner closely with Integration Engineering, Data Science, and AI Engineering to translate product requirements into technical solutions and execute against the roadmap.
  • Coordinate cross-functional POCs, testing, technical validation, and implementation plans.
  • Identify dependencies, technical risks, and integration challenges across the identity workstream and drive resolution.
  • Ensure the Latis identity architecture can support evolving industry standards, identity providers, and partner requirements.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for identity-related requirements, priorities, and roadmap decisions.
  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance the identity ecosystem through strategic partnerships, technology integrations, or third-party solutions.
  • Bonus: Define a tag management strategy, including conducting a build-versus-buy assessment and developing recommendations for a tag management solution.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of relevant product management experience, with significant experience owning technical data, identity, or platform products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading identity resolution, identity graph, identity spine, or identity infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of the identity ecosystem and experience working with major identity providers such as Blockgraph, TransUnion, RampID, UID2, or comparable solutions.
  • Experience developing and driving multi-team technical roadmaps, including POCs and complex platform integrations.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution concepts, including matching, graph-based identity relationships, identifiers, and identity interoperability.
  • Experience translating complex technical requirements into clear product specifications and executable development plans.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with integration engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, and other technical teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams with different technical priorities.
  • Experience managing external technology or data-provider integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex identity concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, audience data, identity, or data collaboration.
  • Experience with identity products supporting advertising, audience activation, measurement, or media applications.
  • Familiarity with identity standards, privacy-enhancing technologies, and the evolving identity landscape.
  • Experience working with multiple identity graphs or identity spines and managing interoperability across providers.
  • Experience with tag management platforms and/or data collection architectures.
  • Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions for technical products or platforms.
