Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to support finance operations across a group of acquired subsidiaries during a period of transition and systems implementation. This is a 12-month fixed-term role, providing critical coverage for payroll, billing and revenue recognition while key systems are implemented and stabilized. You will also help onboard new acquisitions and identify opportunities to automate accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll operations across acquired subsidiaries
- Prepare and issue client invoices across all project types during the pre-automation period
- Assist with revenue accruals and recognition, and support the Rev Rec team post go-live for stabilization and issue resolution
- Coordinate AP and AR activities, including approvals, collections, and reconciliations
- Assist with ERP system implementations and hypercare periods
- Support finance integration for new acquisitions, including process alignment and reporting
- Document finance processes to reduce single-point dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity or international environments
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and revenue recognition
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), including implementations, hypercare, and process automation
- English proficiency required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment
