In this role, you’ll support the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns designed to drive acquisition, engagement, and portfolio growth across multiple channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning programs end to end, collaborating across teams, and delivering polished, on-time marketing initiatives in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. The right person is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns that support merchant and co-brand partner growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, legal, sales) to move programs from concept through launch.
- Support omni-channel initiatives spanning paid and owned media, sponsorships, experiential activations, sweepstakes, lifecycle marketing, and partner platforms (digital, in-store, email, and more).
- Develop clear, high-quality creative briefs and guide teams toward strong customer and cardholder experiences.
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and lead regular status meetings to keep complex programs on track.
- Work closely with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution that aligns with brand and partner guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present performance updates and project recaps to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing or advertising supporting merchants and/or co-brand programs.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering multi-stakeholder campaigns on time and within budget.
- Comfortable working directly with external partners (e.g., merchants, issuers) and internal cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing creative agencies or third-party vendors.
- Solid understanding of omni-channel marketing and partner-driven programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience).
- Experience in retail or travel marketing environments is a plus.
