Job Description

We’re looking for an Account Operations Manager to support one of our key clients in the health care industry. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations across multiple workstreams within our AI Services team, driving organization, coordination, and efficiency across projects and stakeholders.

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across client projects and internal teams. 

  • Support account leadership with planning, reporting, and documentation. 

  • Manage resources and ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with client priorities. 

  • Maintain updated records and dashboards in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and related tools. 

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and time zones. 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance. 

Qualifications

What do I need to bring? (Requirements) 

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, account management, or project coordination. 

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). 

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet and collaboration tools. 

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change. 

  • Smartsheet to the bullets that list Microsoft office and other tools 

  • Studies in Business, Operations, or Management. 

  • Experience collaborating with US-based teams or clients. 

What’s a plus? 

  • MBA degre 

  • Background in the health care industry.
