Job Description

As a Program & Product Senior Director specializing in Delivery Leadership &
Governance, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless and continuous delivery of products and services, while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks. Your expertise will be critical in establishing new operating models, navigating multi-speed delivery environments, and driving methodologies that prioritize customer-centric outcomes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the formulation of compelling North Star visions, facilitate ideation and blue-printing phases, and oversee the discovery and definition of innovative solutions. Your work will align closely with the vision of TURING, driving transformative change and setting ambitious goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership: Lead the delivery of complex programs and products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Governance Frameworks: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to oversee the delivery process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Seamless Delivery: Streamline delivery processes, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless and continuous delivery of products and services.
  • New Operating Models: Drive the development and implementation of new operating models that enable agile and adaptive delivery approaches tailored to the needs of different projects.
  • Multi-Speed Delivery: Navigate multi-speed delivery environments, balancing the pace of delivery across different initiatives while maintaining overall coherence and alignment.
  • Methodology Navigation: Guide teams in navigating diverse methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, selecting the most suitable methods for each project.
  • Product Management Alignment: Ensure alignment between delivery processes and product management practices, prioritizing customer-centricity, insight-led decision- making, and outcomes-driven approaches.
  • North Star Establishment: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a compelling North Star vision, rooted in user experiences and focused on creating value at every stage of the delivery process.
  • Collaboration Facilitation: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of co-creation, innovation, and agility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Innovative Design Techniques: Champion the use of innovative design techniques to keep the user at the forefront of design, enhance collaboration, and drive the development of impactful solutions

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in program and product management, with a focus on complex personalization and customer experience (CX) roles in telecom, omnichannel, and decisioning environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs and products on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices in product management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, or Management.
