We are seeking a Integrated Solutions Partner to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. 

The Integrated Solutions teams is the join point between our customers and our capabilities – listening to the customer and understanding how to approach helping them as it relates to data.  

Do you have the rare ability to envision the solution just by hearing the problem described? Can you break that problem into steps for discovery, design, and architecture, and how to leverage a skilled team (of data scientists, engineers, data product managers etc) to achieve the clients goal?  

In integrated solutions you possess this ability to the understand our clients’ challenges and how we can align our people to solve it – it’s a team sport so that means knowing when to lean on experts to ensure the solution is right.  You will be measured both on sales and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to design programs that create significant value
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to advance and close opportunities
• Participate in the business development process, including shaping the deal and preparing presentation material
• Work with the capability teams on the solution and estimation
• Oversee the delivery of the solution to ensure alignment with the vision, and ensure the solution is executed well and meets the needs of the client

• Strong analytical and software engineering skills, you don’t have to be the expert, but you need to have intelligent conversations with experts
• Strong knowledge of modern data stacks
• Consulting background
• Experience with AI and data science
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
