Secretary/Audio Typist

Job Description

A financial services company in the centre of Bristol is currently seeking a Secretary to work within one of their large teams. This role will sit alongside a Financial Manager, a lead Secretary and one other Secretary.
The position is offered on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

It is essential that all applicants have strong audio typing skills and are happy to type for around 70/80% of their day. Along with typing there will also be duties such as:
  • Diary Management
  • Document Management
  • Answering the department telephone
  • Responding to emails
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • General Admin 
  • Plus assistance to other secretarial staff when needed
Applicants with similar experience are encouraged to apply. You will need to have good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge. You will be an excellent communicator and be happy to work in a large open plan environment.
