Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve goals. 

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. 

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 

  1. Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment. 

  1. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge. 

  1. Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to financial targets. 

  1. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital marketing team. 

  1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges for the business. 

  1. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing. 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in leading and managing digital marketing initiatives. 

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. 

  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) would be an advantage.Top of Form
