Service Transformation Program
Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS. Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible. Build and execute marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.

Service Transformation – Service Model Implementation Project
Embed and enhance the Service Model consistently across GIS – including role anchoring and maturation.  Creation of SME support model for key services documented within the IT Services Catalog. Definition of a future service based cost model.
