Job Description

BlaBlaCar Brazil is looking for a Bus Partnerships Manager with experience on B2B strategic negotiations. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to contribute in building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar. We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure. 

What you will directly contribute to

  • Handle B2B Partners' field prospection, negotiations and relationship;
  • Provide support on sales planning, optimization of processes, policies, procedures and strategies for Sales 
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, reporting performance results, and effectively bringing actionable insights from the market.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience with sales development, B2B strategic partnerships 
  • Experience with Interstate/Intercity Bus Operators, Bus Dealers, Bus Supply Chain Companies is a big plus. 
  • Deep knowledge of sales and negotiation frameworks, procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results 
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, working independently and creating a path forward - bias for action
  • Belief in the value of participating in, and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present in a clear, structured and concise manner to all levels
  • Intermediary English, with both formal written and verbal proficiency
