Job Description

Your Mission

As part of the Marketing Strategy team, you will extract insights from data to help marketing teams deliver the most impactful projects. You will own the marketing budget strategy & performance for all our geographies.

You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing teams (Paid channels & Local Marketing) and report to the Marketing Strategy Lead. The team you will join has been created in Q1 2021 and owns the marketing budget & strategy for BlaBlaCar.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build positive and trustful relationship while working with management and local teams to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities

  • Provide punctual analysis with actionable insights to marketing teams leading to strategic changes for the company

  • Own the quarterly budget & strategy planification process for all countries. Then monitor it’s implementation to ensure we reach our strategic goals in an efficient manner.

  • Analyse and deliver reports for marketing stakeholders with Tableau software; 

  • Define, collect, format and analyse marketing and business KPIs across all markets; 

  • Contribute to knowledge and best practices sharing within the Intelligence chapter

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years work experience in business analyses or consulting; 

  • Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • Strong attention to details and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture

  • High level of autonomy and proactivity

  • Interest in Marketing

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL would be a strong plus 

  • Fluent in English

  • You identify with the BlaBlaCar mindset: a structured and humble doer with the ability to prioritize, who thrives on collaboration and teamwork.
