English is the official spoken language across BlaBlaCar. We are privately-held and founder-led. Our team of 500 employees is entrepreneurial, passionate, and fundamentally mission-driven. 

Directly reporting to the Global Bus Operations Process & Quality Manager, your mission will be to put in place standars and processus for our bus operations and to follow their performance on a data basis. You will be in contact with various internal or external stakeholders (local operational teams, Network team, Product, BI).

What you will directly contribute to:

• Identify data analysis needs and design new dashboards, conduct actions with different teams to increase integrity of available operational data 
• Monitor operational performance, define and communicate clear and actionable deliverables
• Analyse existing safety and quality processes, identify improvements and ensure the effective implementation of new processes 
• Take part into different initiatives that may arise within the team to achieve operational excellence

• Master student (last-year preferably): engineering, management, transportation degrees
• Skills: project management - analytical skills/critical thinking - written, verbal and presentation skills - excellent command of Excel 
• Ability to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders 
• Strong attention-to-detail, pragmatic,  process-oriented, problem-solving
• Strong interest for transport operations management and quality management 
• Good English skills

• 6 months contract internship
