As an OTA (Online Travel Agency), BlaBlaCar needs to connect to a diverse set of Bus IMS's (Inventory Management System) and GDS's (Global Distribusion System) in order to sell tickets. As the Technical Account Manager you'll be the owner of the tech relationship with the bus operators and the industry's tech stack.

What you will directly contribute to 

• Acting as an API integration project manager - lead each integration project planning and coordination of work between internal Blablacar and/or Technical Partners' teams
• Supporting the local Brazilian Bus Supply & Ops team, being the representative of the BBC engineering for tech & product architecture with local bus carriers
• Maintaining direct and active relationships with partner's tech stakeholders, including proactively resolving technical issues and serving as an internal product & tech advocate
• Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders, e.g.  Business, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams
• Being also accountable for technical success metrics and supply growth

What you will need to be successful 

• +4 years professional experience in a similar role
• First experience in engineering/development in a Software or Digital environment
• Project management and technical consulting experience needed
• Knowledge in SAAS platform management and APIs development (or integration) 
• Experience as engineering customer and/or partnership management is a plus 
• Excellent proficiency in Portuguese and English; Russian is a plus
