BlaBlaCar is reinventing its tech stack, and Data is at the heart of everything. Belonging in our Tech team, you will be working with a talented crew of Engineers in various agile teams spread across the organization.The Data Warehouse team facilitates access to relevant and reliable data for a wide range of users across the company. Within this team, you will have autonomy and ownership to reach its goals.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Designing the data warehouse;

• Guaranteeing data quality and reliability;

• Assisting analysts and data-scientists;

• Building real-time and batch data pipelines;

• Collecting data from multiple sources (prod. database and streams, UI tracking, third parties APIs);

What you will need to be successful :

• Proven track record working on data engineering projects;

• Great proficiency in Python and SQL;

• Previous experience working with big data technologies (on premise like Hadoop, Spark, etc, or Cloud based solutions like BigQuery, Kinesis, …) is a great plus;

• You’re obsessed about delivering reliable data through robust, resilient and scalable solutions;

• Excellent problem-solving attitude: technical challenge is our daily routine;

• Enjoy working as a team-player, eagerness to improve your skills on software development and architecture, learn from others and share your knowledge;
