BlaBlaCar has launched a new long-distance bus business line that is set to fuel tremendous growth for the company.

As Bus Network Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the European bus market.

Within the Engineering Team, you will be the key interlocutor for Network&Pricing Team regarding :

• Developing new tools and products

• Designing this new Tech topic within BlaBlaCar

• Building and implementing Engineering strategy

What you will directly contribute to:

• Centralizing all Network Team needs 

• Co-building the long-term strategy with business stakeholders and transform it in an actionable product vision that you own

• Leading the prioritization and roadmap process

• Maintaining a proactive technological watch on the Tech solutions market

• Studying Tech solutions that could be put in place to answer business needs

• Feeding product & use-case insights to the other team managers to contribute to the long-term strategy

• Owning with the Engineering Manager the full process Idea > Specs > Production

• Coordinating internal/external Tech developments regarding new solutions

• Ensuring the run of existing solutions in coordination with all Tech team

You will be responsible for all aspects of product management, including :

• Defining and communicating the strategy of your product

• Understanding users needs and exploring solutions

• Problem-solving with cross-functional experts in Network Design, New lines Setup, Engineering, Data science, Legal or Design

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product management

• Experienced with complex processes involving multiple stakeholders

• Experienced with build and run of applications with outsourced teams  

• Comfortable with versatility and change

• Technical appetence for Data driven projects

• Business oriented

• Autonomy, accountability and curiosity

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience in transport is a plus
