As Marketing manager you will be in charge of leveraging consumer insights and business inputs to deliver effective and impactful marketing campaigns in France & Benelux for two product verticals (carpool and bus).

Success in the role means you have built efficient marketing campaigns to achieve the growth target in France & Benelux on carpool and bus, with effective measurement process and marketing discipline developed in collaboration with the central marketing teams. Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible.

What you will directly contribute to:

  • Defining, setting up and running marketing campaigns 

  • Setting up and managing business relationships with external companies (eg partnerships with Online Travel Agencies, with agencies or providers, etc)

  • Collecting, formatting and analysing marketing KPIs to measure performance 

  • Sharing best practices with other marketing teams, both local and central

  • Participating in the development of new projects locally

  • Contributing to market research 

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in marketing and project management,

  • Familiar with online marketing metrics (CAC, CPC etc…) and business models, 

  • Experience of successful offline marketing campaigns, such as guerilla marketing or in-store activations, 

  • Experience in management is required, 

  • Strong data and analytical skills, 

  • Strong problem solving skills, 

  • Full proficiency in Excel

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Rigorous and organised

  • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • International work or study experience is a significant advantage
