Why join us?

BlaBlaCar is looking for a Digital Marketing expert to join its central marketing channels team to work on Search Engine Advertising (SEA) for our German and Polish account. As such, you will play a key role in optimising marketing performances and coordinating efforts between local and central marketing teams. You will leverage your comprehensive view on marketing activities in all BlaBlaCar markets to help articulate recommendations on resources allocations at global level.

You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar’s growth via efficient marketing activities. Thus, the role requires extensive marketing knowledge, in-depth expertise on SEA, a sharp and analytical mind, and structured communication skills. 

What you directly contribute to:

  • managing SEA accounts with high investment by leveraging actionable insights on new growth levers to improve and scale the efficiency of our investment;

  • contributing to the evolution of our internal marketing automation tool by providing actionable insights on opportunities and blockers identified on your SEA accounts.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • At least 2 years of experience (internship included) on digital marketing

  • Familiar with online marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, etc…) and business models

  • Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with high investment is a strong plus

  • Strong data and analytical skills

  • Rigorous and organised

  • Ability to work on many projects at the same time

  • Ability to coordinate actions with different teams

  • Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and data manipulation skills (as Tableau) is a plus
