The Community Relations team at BlaBlaCar is an international, multiple awards-winning team that aims at providing assistance to this community and contributes to the great experience of our users.. This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Community Relations team is answering questions and requests in 20 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.

You will be responsible for aligning Community Relations local content operations with our overall content strategy. You will directly report and work within our Community Relations Strategy team.

What you will directly contribute to

  • Oversee and manage reporting of content performance metrics to ensure we reach our targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive improvement on our content strategy and processes (Help Center, Self Help, agent answer templates)
  • Team up  with other teams to translate the product / tech / operational / company updates into clear guidelines to local content owners on how to adapt our content strategy accordingly.
  • Organize weekly calls with local content owners to align and update on content strategy 
  • Set up strong creation and review processes for Community Relations content strategy and ensure adherence by all local content owners.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the management on the content performance KPIs.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful 

  • Prior experience in content management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Other languages are a plus
  • A strong ability to coordinate several diverse content projects and ensure their continuous improvement
  • Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and creativity
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
