What you will directly contribute to:

• Tracking bus KPIs and working hand in hand with General Manager and Head of Bus Operations to ensure business forecast is reached, and being the point of contact for finance team
• Investigating ways to improve operational aspects of our Bus activities and then deploying project when validated (eg : change of bus station in top cities, driving the set up of new processes, etc.) 
• Accompanying Head of Bus Operations in preparing tough negotiations with partners when needed
• Tracking deployment of the rebranding of our vehicles and stations
• Coordinating between local and central teams (crafting new processes with central teams and helping local Operations teams to deploy)
• Assisting General Manager in preparing presentations to CEO or to company 

What you will need to be successful:

• 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in consulting, banking, private equity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills - ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results
• Solution-driven mindset
• High-energy, humble and motivated by innovation and constant change
• Fluent in French and English
