Because our Design System is an essential pillar of our design thinking, process and strategy, we continuously invest in its evolution. Today, we’re looking for a Design System Expert that will help us push boundaries and contribute to building a world-class Design System reference.

What you will do:

• Maintain and elevate existing Design System library considering motion, aesthetics, functional and structural dimensions

• Support multi squads deliveries leading Design System reviews and validation 

• Foster a culture of collaboration with tech & product partners overseeing prototyping and library implementation

• Connect company strategy with a systemic vision and anticipate Designers needs providing relevant tools and system solutions

• Keep connected with top notch design system market evolutions and be ready to communicate inside and outside BlaBlaCar

What you will need to be successful:

• 5-8+ years of hands-on product design

• Previous experience in building / maintaining an advanced design system

• A True passion for systemic mindset and rule-based designs

• A love for every UX touchpoint from pixels, to micro-interaction to content and perfect integration

• Team-player mindset, comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team

• Humility, structure, passion, sense of humor, and action-oriented attitude

• Fluency in English
