Why join us?

We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager & Team Assistant to join our BlaBlaCar team in Milan. You will find and set up a new office space in Milan for the local team, whilst providing support for other administrative tasks. You will join a dynamic team within an ever-scaling company that now boasts more than 350 employees across 10 countries worldwide.

What you will directly contribute to:

  • Identifying the new Milan office for the local team and coordinate everything is necessary to set it up

  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and take care of office bills and supplies

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly work environment, organizing team events and team building initiatives, take care of team well being and team benefits.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience as Office manager, Executive Assistant, Event coordinator

  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must

  • Ability to create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere in the office

  • Excellent team-work attitude and ability to execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

  • IT knowledge is a plus

  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience

  • Attention to details, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements

  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Self-confident, uses good judgment and able to make sound decisions
