BlaBlaCar is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Spain & Portugal team. 

As a Associate Marketing Manager you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar in Spain and Portugal. You will be leading some specific marketing channels, setting-up campaigns, tracking their performance and you will also be involved and contribute in every step of the marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal.  

You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth in Spain. 

Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible. 

What you will directly contribute to: 

• Lead Display and Paid Social Media channels 
• Defining, setting up and running marketing campaigns  
• Collecting, formatting and analysing marketing KPIs to measure performance  
• Sharing best practices with other marketing teams, both local and central 
• Participating in the development of new projects locally 
• Contributing to market research  

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing

• Overall working experience in the marketing field of 2-3 years

• Experience in running online marketing campaigns (+1 year)

• Experience with Social Media Ads and SEM

• Familiar with online marketing metrics (CAC, CPC etc…) and business models

• Strong data and analytical skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Strong knowledge on how Social Media can help companies grow

• Full proficiency in Excel

• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages are a significant advantage)

• Rigorous and organised

• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

• International work or study experience is a significant advantage
