The Community Relations Team at BlaBlaCar aims at providing assistance to this community, by listening to users, guiding them and satisfying them. This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Community Relations Team is answering questions and requests in 30 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Moderating member profiles and their content (vehicle pictures, trips, etc.)
• Answering to member messages in a timely manner
• Providing users with guidance and support through various channels (tickets, chat & phone) at high quality level (we offer a 100% response service)
• Overseeing the overall activity on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and maintaining dynamics within the Dutch and Belgium communities
• Gathering members' feedback and communicating it to the Tech Team
• Reporting into the Associate Manager
• Improving the overall member experience

For this position, you will be working mostly remotely from home.

What you will need to be successful:

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Dutch
• Fluent communication in English, additional languages such as French is a plus
• Experience in customer service of course an asset
• Proven ability to prioritise busy workloads
• Sincere willingness to fairly balance our business and members' needs
• Strong ability to work on his own while being dynamic and hardworking
• Strong knowledge of the internet ecosystem
• A prior experience using the service as a driver and/or a passenger would be a plus
• Be humble, structured, organised, motivated by innovation and a relentless doer
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others

A few practical details about the role

• Location: 
  • evening and weekend : homeworking from your place
  • 4h a week in Paris BlaBlaCar's headquarters (office hours)
     
• Contract: 
  • Between 20h and 25h / week depending on your possibilities. (the goal is to define a custom planning with you)
  • Mainly on evenings from 6PM to 9PM and weekends
  • 6 months' contract (CDD renewable) or a freelance contract
• Compensation: 
  12€ gross hourly
   
• Training: 
  The paid training will require to spend around 24h in the BlaBlaCar office by mid December during office hours (as you can between 9 and 5:30). We usually like to split the coaching in different sessions of 3 to 4 hours max.
   
• When?
  Idealy end of December or beginning of January... as soon as possible after this date !
