The People Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of HR related administrative tasks such as generating and issuing employment contracts, processing leavers, liaising with internal and external contacts regarding payroll and benefits administration.

What you will contribute to:

The People Administrator will need to be an established administrator, with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills, as well as an understanding of Employee Relations, in order to work as effectively as possible within this fast-paced environment.

  • Managing employee arrivals (administrative follow-up, issuing of employment contracts, Onboarding, appointments with occupational doctor, etc.) in liaison with the Manager;

  • Managing administrative changes during contract execution (contract renewals, draft of addenda, mobility, etc.);

  • Assisting on employment contract termination (dismissal, “rupture conventionnelle”, “solde tout compte” etc.);

  • Creating, suggesting and/or updating personnel administration processes (onboarding, offboarding, trial period follow-up, mobility and promotion etc.);

  • Creating and maintaining personnel files;

  • Providing support to the Payroll Manager and assisting in ensuring the accurate payroll processing for France and the subsidiaries;

  • Providing support regarding social declarations and surveys addressed to the People Team;

  • Providing support to the People Manager with any projects or initiatives as required;

  • Supporting employees and managers with daily HR matters.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, Business Administration or significant working experience in one of these areas;

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position within an HR department

  • Experience in implementing and driving process changes

  • Service-oriented

  • Highly organized and able to apply and follow-up processes with accuracy and in timely manner

  • Strong prioritization skills and multitasking

  • Results driven with strong attention to details

  • Fluent in English
