What you will directly contribute to:

Your mission will be managing new projects and recurring processes that contribute to BlaBlaCar’s growth in Brazil:

• Optimizing and scaling online acquisition partners such as metasearch and ‘driver solutions’ websites and apps

• Managing rollout and localization of new product features with global and local teams, from small projects (meeting points) to big ones (monetization, insurance, new revenue lines)

• Managing processes such as pricing, market research, competition analysis and data analyzes for the press and other public stakeholders

What you will need to be successful 

• 2-4 years of experience with business analysis, business development, management consulting, project management or online marketing - preferably at startups
• Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar bachelor degree
• At least 6 months of academic or professional international experience
• Ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results - very good Excel skills mandatory, SQL a plus
• Ability to structure solutions for complex problems
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries, working independently and creating a path forward - bias for action
• Belief in the value of participating in, and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Resilience: ability to learn from failure, capacity to bounce back
