BlaBlaCar is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. As part of this newly created cross-channel team, you will:

• Set up and optimize social media paid marketing campaigns for several BlaBlaCar countries respecting the performance targets and country goals provided by the local Marketing Managers;

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the social medias innovation roadmap, identifying the most interesting channel opportunities and testing their inclusion in our channel strategy;

• Collect, format and analyse marketing KPIs to measure campaign performance;

• Share learnings and best practices among the Social Medias and Search channels team and the rest of the central marketing team and with the local marketing teams and the company as a whole.

What you will need to be successful

• 6 months - 3 years of work experience (internships included)

• Strong data and analytical skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented

• Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

• Experience in managing Facebook paid campaigns is an advantage

• Experience in project management is an advantage

• The role will be solely focus on paid marketing. Community management won't be part of the assigned tasks.
