Why you would want to join us 

Working directly with the Marketing Manager France Benelux and along side with the head of BlaBlaLines, your main objective is to optimize and help the growth of our member base with multiple innovative and impactful initiatives.

You are in charge of coordinating and optimizing all different marketing and acquisition channels. Expert of online channels (SEM, affiliation, remarketing etc.) and offline, you are taking initiatives, planning campaigns, setting optimal KPI and tracking the impact and performance of each action you take.

What you will directly contribute to

• Manage the marketing budget and follow up closely the spending depending on the performances;
  
• Define the right online / offline marketing mix & strategy to meet targets;
  
• Define the right KPIs to follow the performances;
  
• Launch and manage online campaigns (SEM, Facebook, Emails, Display, App Downloads, Partnerships)
  
• Launch and manage offline campaigns and monitor the performances.

What you will need to be successful 

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in online marketing, preferably working in a digital company/startup;
  
• Degree from a top Business or Engineering school;
  
• Expert in Acquisition with full proficiency in all acquisition channels; in marketing jargon: CPC, CPL, conversion funnel and other online metrics;
• Proficient in Adwords & Facebook;
• Best-in-class analytical skills with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture;
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing;
  
• Very good command of Excel;
• French and English fluent.
