BlaBlaCar is looking for SEM expert to join its team. As such you will drive our PPC-marketing activities in several markets. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible.

What you will directly contribute to

• Plan, execute, monitor, optimize and scale effective marketing campaigns in SEM channels (Google Adwords, Yandex.Direct) in several countries 
  
• Define BlaBlaCar's global SEM strategy
• Work closely with local Marketing Managers to align our digital activities with our key marketing strategic goals
• Create a constant feedback loop with local teams and challenge countries’ digital strategy to improve performance
• Stay on top of product innovation for advertising platforms and test new beta features in your region

What you will need to be successful

• Digital marketing experience and strong interest in search engine advertising
• Fluency in English and native Russian
  
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc)
• Strong analytical skills and results-driven personality
• Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
• Ability to create scalable processes and understand local strategies
• Experience working in a global team and collaborating across multiple geographies
• Sharing our vision and passion for BlaBlaCar. Using our service is a plus.
