Responsibilities:
- Be the leader for the function of HR with focus on talent acquisition
- Provide supervision for HR team with planning of recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments so as to make proactive and appropriate recommendations with consideration of factors with the job market
- Managing and make improvement in workflow so as to maximize recruitment performance and make the best uses of company resources
- Responsible for planning and organizing team member's activities in terms of recruitment advertisement and posting
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 years or above of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment
- Solid working experience with large organization is a preferable
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
- Have good business sense and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure with detailed minded and good management skills
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese is a must
