Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Be the leader for the function of HR with focus on talent acquisition
  • Provide supervision for HR team with planning of recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with internal departments so as to make proactive and appropriate recommendations with consideration of factors with the job market
  • Managing and make improvement in workflow so as to maximize recruitment performance and make the best uses of company resources
  • Responsible for planning  and organizing team member's  activities in terms of recruitment advertisement and posting



Qualifications



Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years or above of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment
  • Solid working experience with large organization is a preferable
  • Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
  • Have good business sense and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure with detailed minded and good management skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese is a must
