BizMut – our company with around 20 specialists in B2B performance marketing – is currently looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Development Consultant (f/m/d) to support existing and new clients with lead research campaigns and their B2B marketing activities. The position is located in Hamburg and can be either full-time or part-time.  

Job Description

What we want you to achieve 

  • You will work with experienced colleagues to develop lead research strategies and outbound tactics for existing and new clients based on their business objectives 
  • You will successfully build up presales strategies with your clients making use of several different tools and tactics and also implement those processes operationally 
  • You prepare the results according to the wishes of the customers, for instance in an Excel file, so that they can easily upload your results to their CRM 
  • You consult your clients on personal branding strategies making use e.g. of LinkedIn and Xing  
  • You take over customer communication and coordinate process optimization measures 


What we want you to contribute 

  • First marketing experience will help you to grow quickly into this role – ideal would be first market research or outbound marketing experience 
  • You are able to find your way around different web-based tools and software quickly and independently 
  • You manage to remain focused and concentrated during process- and detail-oriented work 
  • You are analytical, as well as quality and solution oriented 
  • You show initiative and can prioritize tasks independently 
  • You have a strong aptitude for accuracy and keen attention to detail 
  • You have the ability to read data and draw sound conclusions from it, as well as the ability to present this data clearly and understandably 
  • You have advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel – a plus would be if you already worked with Power Query before 
  • You have fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (both at least at C1 level)
