The Role: 

As the accounts payable and receivable clerk your duties may include, but are not limited to:

*Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
*Prepare and disburse statements to customers.
*Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
*Reconcile transactions with statements.
*Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
*Timely payment of all business bills.
*Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
*Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
*Maintaining historical records
*Paying vendors by scheduling checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits
*Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
*Continuing to improve the payment process
*Back up for title work and DOT processes
*Miscellaneous office duties
