Job Description

Performs routine bookkeeping data entry of Service Units Ledgers and Statistics into Great Plains; maintains Financial Audit Information - both data and hard copy; accesses data information as needed for reporting purposes; updates and maintains various logs, lists, reports, and records; generates and distributes various computer reports. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

Knowledge of general office practices and procedures; knowledge of computer operations especially in use of a database. Skill in Microsoft Word and Excel applications with the ability to effectively create and maintain Spreadsheets. Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the position. Ability to compute mathematical equations as needed. 

Education and Experience 

High school diploma or G.E.D. and two years general office experience including typing and/or keypunching data into a computer OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Approved background check report required
