Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Report directly to company president - manage his e-mails

Preform accounting and booking duties

Manage, reconcile, review company books for many entities

Analyze, correct vendor ledgers

Request payment to vendors

Answer phone (shared duty)

Open and distribute mail

Manage and order office supplies

Qualifications and Skills

Associated Degree

Minimum 2 years experience

Quick Books, Dropbox, Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook. Word. Power Point
