Job Description
• Ability to work with a dynamic IAM team to support multiple competing priorities at the same time including project work, production support and monthly governance board meetings.
• Comfortable working closely with security services stakeholders, architects, and engineers for project and program delivery milestones.
• Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Design, develop and implement IAM User life cycle management using connectors or similar methods from an IAM platform.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC) for applications integrated with IAM Systems.
• Approach IAM with a NextGen service oriented and hybrid computing design method.
• Develop and maintain .Net, Java, PowerShell, SQL code.
• Develop, execute and maintain SQL scripts in Oracle and SQL Server.
• The IAM Engineer will sometimes be required to work evenings and weekends, with little advanced notice.
• Deploy code and configurations into the development, test, and Production environments on schedule. Provides follow up Production support. Submits change control requests and documents.
• Thoroughly understands software development methodology. Thoroughly understands architecture standards. Resolves issues elevated from staff with less experience.
• Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues. Explains technical considerations at related meetings, including those with application teams.
• Performs systems & requirements analysis to create prototypes, logical and physical design.
• Thoroughly documents the design & technical components of assigned deliverables.

Qualifications
• Significant experience in understanding, leading, and implementing engineering efforts against technical IAM architecture designs with primary focus on the following IAM aspects:
o Identity Lifecycle Management & Data Models
o Access Lifecycle Manag
o Identity Lifecycle Management & Data Models
o Access Lifecycle Manag

We are looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer who will serve as strategic development lead and expert in the implementation of current and future-state IAM solutions supporting Biogen business areas.
