Job Description

About this role:

The Sales Administrative Assistant provides high quality and proactive administrative assistance to Sales department in order to ensure good flow of communication  towards Company members as well as to ease members of Sales Team day to day activities. He/she is responsible for managing, administrating and optimizing the General Services in accordance with regulations and internal procedures in force.

What you will do:

  • Be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization
  • Be responsible for logistic around events
  • Produce high quality documents, briefing papers, spreadsheets, charts, tables, graphs and reports
  • Develop when needed complex power point presentation as supporting material during department meetings
  • Carry out background research and present findings to the department
  • Provide all-around high quality administrative support to Sales Teams
  • Organize travels, inter-functional and external meetings
  • Establish and maintain efficient office systems, e.g. correspondence management, filing,
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with other administration staff across Europe
  • Coordinate Sales team with promotional materials flow thought PRC procedure
  • Support office management
  • Manage contracts and documents of the department projects in close cooperation with contract manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing / /Communication/Science or related areas
  •  3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative support function 
  • Fluent Polish
  • Proficiency in English required (good knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Expert organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
