Job Description
The Senior Manager, Solution Architecture (SA) is an experienced, motivated Global Commercial and Medical IT (GCM IT) team member, who will identify, design, and deliver technical solutions for business problems.
As a Solution Architect, you must focus on business outcomes and will identify architectural drivers, prepare high level and detailed architecture documentation, present at the architecture governance board and articulate architecture vision, key decisions, and tradeoffs in the context of a project or solution. You understand business needs, develop processes, and use data analysis to guide stakeholders and design and operationalize solutions. You will guide the resources building solutions and be responsible for technical delivery of solutions. You bring strong expertise and experience in delivering solutions in Life Sciences using Salesforce technologies (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).

The role, based in Warsaw, Poland, is part of a global team, currently reporting to a US-based manager.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain solution architecture documentation, architecture models, prepare and present Architecture Review Board materials
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to maximize value
- Provide architectural and technical guidance to development teams to deliver robust solutions
- IT System and Release Management of applications, adherence to GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle processes
- Execute and improve department processes that may include resource allocations, contracts, and financial tracking
- Develop reports, interpret data, and communicate insights
Qualifications

You love solving business problems using technology and are passionate about making an impact for patients. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 8+ years of relevant business technology experience with 3+ years of solution architecture and delivery experience
- Experience and knowledge of life sciences industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms
- Agile methodology experience
- Nice to haves include Salesforce certification, PMP certification, experience with GxP regulations, Computer System Validation and Compliance, SAFe methodology
