About This Role
As Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) you will be responsible for supporting select Corporate Functions with all aspects of the month-end close and corresponding reporting activities. In this role you will drive financial discipline in the organization and will deliver flawless and timely execution of all accounting close and control processes, with commitment to the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with regular business planning activities
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
- Management reporting of monthly and quarterly results.
- Present results and highlight risks and opportunities to leadership and/or functional business partners to ensure informed decisions can be made about the business throughout the year.
- Drive continuous process improvement to strive for automation and improved accuracy wherever possible.
- Ad-hoc projects within Finance Organization, including but not limited to audit remediation, training, tracking and process improvement
Who You Are
You are a highly analytical accounting professional with experience working with systems such as Oracle, SAP and Hyperion. You have excellent communications skills, high attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Finance, accounting or audit.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion and Business Objects.
- Strong combination of financial and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain an “80/20” mindset.
- Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with various levels, functions and teams.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
