About This Role 
The Junior Business Analyst, Corporate Functions IT, plays a critical role in end-to-end people-based services management leveraging SAP Fieldglass. This will be a technical hands-on role to have excellent SAP Fieldglass application understanding to configure and test application and integration changes meeting business needs. This role requires having an excellent process understanding of sourcing and worker on/offboarding proving L3 application support. Ensure all knowledge and support documentation are kept updated and explore opportunities for continuous improvements.

What You'll Do
•    SAP Fieldglass Application: Collaborate with business stakeholders to configure and test solutions supporting external workforce sourcing and management before promoting to a higher environment following IT processes.
•    Worker On/Offboarding Services: Coordinate and address escalated on/offboarding incidents or problems related to access, equipment, or badging. Plan and support major non-planned bulk or critical activities like M&A, divestiture, executive hires, etc. Explore and identify on/offboarding continuous improvement opportunities. 
•    Application Support & Coordination: Manage and maintain application support, training, knowledge, and usage documentation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical support teams, and vendors to monitor and resolve issues.
•    Application Release & Patch Management: Review and assess release impact and explore new features adoption opportunities for improvements. Plan and execute testing before releasing to production following the IT change management process. Ensure the application is performing at an optimal level by collecting and measuring meaningful metrics.  

Qualifications

Who You Are
You are experienced in configuring and testing applications and interfaces related to SaaS applications and have worked with agile based deliver methodologies. You are customer serviced oriented and possess strong problem solving skills.  You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross- functionally to drive positive outcomes.

•    2+ years of experience, preferably in life-sciences/biotech space preferred
•    Hands-on experience in configuring and testing applications and interfaces in a SaaS environment.  External workforce management and on/offboarding solutions strongly preferred.
•    Experience working to resolve integration or data inconsistencies issues.
•    Experience with Agile-based delivery methodologies.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, & balance priorities with the ability to achieve positive results.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
•    Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional environment.
•    Have a passion to learn and grow beyond your comfort zone.
•    Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum.

The base compensation range for this role is $58,600 to $87,800. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs.
