About This Role 
Biogen is seeking a proven Service Delivery Manager who has expertise in operational excellence to redefine our suite of Identity services. This senior leader will report directly to the Head of Access Automation within our Cybersecurity organization and lead a team of ~10-20 MSP resources.  Access Automation is a cornerstone of Biogen’s application security and GXP/Quality compliance programs.  This role will ultimately impact every key application user in the corporation and is a critical customer-facing leadership position within our Cybersecurity organization. This position reports into the Head of Access Automation, Cybersecurity.

What You’ll Do 
•    Work directly with stakeholders and with Stakeholder Success Leads to ensure that Identity & Access Automation services meet their needs and expectations. 
•    Develop and implement service delivery strategies and plans that align with Biogen's goals and objectives. Ensure that Access Automation services are delivered to stakeholders in an effective, efficient, and timely manner. 
•    Ensure that Access Automation services are of high quality and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. This includes monitoring service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. 
•    Analyze service delivery data, identifying trends and issues, and developing recommendations for improvement. 
•    Ensure that Access Automation services are delivered in compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Align with business governance bodies and procedures to ensure appropriate input across relevant stakeholder functions. 
•    Continuously monitor and improve services to meet changing stakeholder needs and expectations. 
•    Ensure that all IT services are delivered within the allocated budget targets. 

Qualifications

You are resourceful and driven to deliver a superior customer experience. You have demonstrable experience troubleshooting complex processes, finding the root cause and driving continuous improvement.  You are able to adapt to different stakeholders’ technical abilities and communicate effectively with business and IT professionals. 

Required Skills 
•    8+ years of IT experience, including 3-5 years of service delivery and service management across Identity services 
•    Knowledge across Identity Governance Administration (IGA) platforms (Sailpoint), Identity Assurance platforms (MS Active Directory, Azure, Okta) and PAM platforms (CyberArk).
•    Stakeholder Relationship Management

Education:  Undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
 

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is $116,100 to $187,100. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs.
