About This Role
The Senior Product Manager, Consumer Marketing (MDD) will be responsible for establishing building and leading consumer engagement for a new product in the Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Postpartum Depression (PPD) market. More specifically, this position will focus on enabling disease state education and branded patient engagement opportunities through well-planned and executable tactics.
What You’ll Do
• Ensure specific consumer engagement initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements
• Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all agencies
• Lead key marketing initiatives with collaboration partner and other key functional partners
• Develop patient engagement plans leveraging an appropriate channel mix using both media and personal tactic
• Develop and manage the execution of the consumer creative campaign and market research
• Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (Promotional Review Committee)
• Manage multiple agency partner relationships to include management of associated budgets
• Manage vendor contract processing (purchasing requisitions, invoices, and approvals)
• Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years pharma or biotech commercial experience; minimum 2 years marketing with 1+ year digital and/or omnichannel experience
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture.
• Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.
Preferred Skills
• Experience within Psychiatry, Women’s Health and/or specialty markets with broad HCP customer base
• Experience working with an alliance partner
• Prior product launch experience
