Compliance Monitoring Senior Manager position holder is fully dedicated to compliance matters in direct and close collaboration with GBS and Compliance Monitoring Global Lead.

The scope for the position in the initial phase will be dedicated to ECP, in the later phase this will be Global.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and Supervise Compliance Monitoring Assigned Resources
• Conduct Compliance Monitoring for the Business Activities (owned by different Biogen Affiliates) under Compliance Scope
• Assess the adherence to Biogen processes, SOPs and Policies
• Document Results
• Effectively network with Compliance Officers and Standards and Governance from the different Geographies and Functions to facilitate:
  • severity assessment.
  • required follow up and remediation
• Report results
• Other specific duties related to the effective governance of the Compliance Program
• Provide effective and service-oriented support in the interactions with the different stakeholders (Compliance, S&Gs, etc.).

​​​​​​Required skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manager role or equivalent, ideally in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other defined business governance roles (Audit, GxP) is a strong asset
• Experience with policy and procedure understanding and management
• Good understanding of common business processes
• Process management, project/program management skills are a plus
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Ethical and integrity-driven approach and objectivity
• Outstanding team player attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant education
• Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics
• Able to understand and optimize internal processes
• Technical competencies on quality, compliance and governance
• Fluent English; Fluency in other languages would be valued
• Data-driven and attention to detail
• Conflict management, Problem-solving, Interpersonal savvy
