About this role:

As a trusted Human Resources Manager, this role will support in this role the GCC HR Lead in managing the HR function for the KSA Affiliate.

You will support the execution of HR strategies and activities to contribute to the organizational growth, team effectiveness, and team engagement of the KSA affiliate. You will work in areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, career growth, employee engagement, and performance management. As HR Manager you must have strong cross collaboration skills and must be able to work effectively with professionals across the affiliate and Region; and in partnership with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).

What you'll do

  • Running regular HR Processes (goal setting, mid-year conversations, calibrations, comp planning etc.)
  • Execution of Local HR Processes (i.e. payroll, immigration, absence etc.) for KSA 
  • Supporting and partnering with people managers
  • Supporting and partnering with employees
  • Recruitment and Onboarding- Actively contribute to the onboarding program for newcomers in KSA.
  • HR Projects: Assist in the different projects in human resource areas such as: organizational effectiveness, compensation, talent and/or development. Provides local perspective to Global HR projects and HR initiatives.

You are a competent, innovative, trusted and adding value partner for the business, management and employees on all levels. You enjoy providing guidance and input for people managers on a variety of employee issues including talent acquisition, compensation planning, employee relations and performance management in KSA in local language as well as English. You are used to closely partnering with the GCC HR Lead on day-to-day HR topics and operations for the KSA Affiliate in a highly regulated pharma industry. Support execution of HR related practices in KSA in close coordination with GCC HR Lead. You gained prior experience to manage/maintain the various government portals, including (MOHRSD, Gosi, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, Champers of Commerce, Seha, MOFA, etc), employees’ online contracts, WPS, and ensures the government compliance. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

•  A minimum of 3 years of HR Business Partner / Generalist experience in a progressive HR function/organization

•  Experience working in Saudi and multinational companies (MNC) and good knowledge of Saudi labor laws.

•  Must be a Saudi national

•  Prior experience in supporting pharma, biotech or medical device

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

•  Ability to roll-up sleeves and get things done; have a results’ orientation

•  Aptitude to work independently as well to build consensus

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good English, fluent Arabic)
