Job Description

This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2023. Resume review begins in January 2023.

In the people data analyst role, you will support the Talent & Organization Performance (T&OP) team. The T&OP team consists of our Enterprise Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, and People Analytics teams. T&OP partners with the business to deliver high levels of organizational performance and employee engagement through enabling:

  • Exceptional leadership
  • Talent, skills, and functional expertise
  • Team effectiveness
  • Optimized organizational design
  • Culture and organizational change

Position Description

  • Support data analysis for leadership program effectiveness
  • Support data analysis for functional organizational health assessments
  • Provide program management support to organizational talent management strategy teams
  • Support interviews and analysis of results for organizational talent management

Qualifications

  • Program management
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing business intelligence solutions
  • Basic understanding of HRIS systems

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

Education

Bachelor’s degree. Helpful fields of study in business, human resources, organizational psychology, data analysis, and computer science
