About This Role

Responsible for Patient Services  reporting and data analysis as required to support our call center operations and patient strategic initiative programs in US. Involves the design, development and implementation of new data sets, metrics as well as the evaluation and validation of existing measures and data sets. The role will also be asked to perform statistical analysis

 

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Patient Services Compliance team to create analysis and reporting solutions to support internal and external needs
  • Support the preparation and data needs for the FDA REMS annual submission
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing systems to meet changing user requirements
  • Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
  • Responsible for business analysis at a national and divisional level to (including recommendations and strategic options to improve efficiency and performance) support the full PS team (internal and external)
  • Provide Trend Analysis to Patient Services Leadership on performance and patient metrics
  • Provide Business & Data Analysis and testing
  • Develop Data Visualization & Reporting

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are experienced senior data analyst who is a troublesolver. We want you to have an Engineering education an proficient knowledge of BI tools. You have been involved in project management processes and you have people management skills also.

 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or a directly related field in Computer Science
  • ·2+ years of experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and development
  • Experience in visualization and BI tools (preferably Tableau and Power BI)
  • SQL advanced (minimum 2 years of day-by-day work)
  • Business Objects Environment proficiency

Nice to haves:

  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Understanding of CRM systems (preferable Salesforce)
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical data
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, databases, warehouses, and related software skills
  • Experience with Enterprise SQL  Databases (Snowflake, Oracle, Teradata preferred)
