Job Description

This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2022. Resume review begins in January 2022. 

The Standards & Governance team partners cross-functionally within Biogen to support the adoption of compliant and efficient business processes--in particular around engagement with external stakeholders such as healthcare providers (“HCPs”). With a focus on process improvement, the team gathers insights, works collaboratively to solve for areas of inefficiency and monitors for process adherence and effectiveness.  

Position Description 

In this role, you will assist the Standards & Governance team with: 

  • Organizing, developing, and updating guidance documents, presentations and other communications for the field and home office teams  
  • Post-event compliance monitoring  

Example projects may include: 

  • Design and development of a centralized source for internal stakeholder access to legislation, guides, reference cards, etc. related to compliant documentation of HCP meals and engagements 

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills 
  • Process-oriented and collaborative thinker 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)   

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date 
  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university 

Education 

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
